Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

Petitioner has assailed proceedings dt.22.03.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent asking the petitioner to pay Rs.2,41,043/- on service connection No.X1014355 and Rs.16,748/- on service connection No.X1011173. 3.

Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner had already paid Rs.1,00,175/- on 18.10.2017 towards the bills on service connection No.X1014355 and Rs.16,923/- also on the same day towards bills on service connection No.X1011173.

Therefore, in the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to refer the case of the petitioner to determine the civil liability within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the meantime the electricity service connections be restored to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
