HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2457 of 2016 ORDER:

1) The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 15.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.670 of 2016 in M.C.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vinukonda, wherein the application filed by the respondents 2 and 3 herein to re-open the case for further cross examination, was allowed. 2) By an order dated 15.09.2016 the learned Magistrate passed the following order:

" Counter filed. Perused the petition and counter. Heard. In the result, this petition is allowed in the interest of justice. Re-open the matter on the petitioner's side." 3) A reading of the impugned order clearly show that no reasons are given while allowing the petition filed for re-opening the case for further cross examination. Hence, the order under challenge is set aside and the learned Magistrate is directed to pass reasoned order after hearing both sides. 4) With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
