The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not taking any action against respondent No.4 pursuant to the first petitioner's representation, dated 29.10.2019. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 14.11.2019, which is placed on the record of this Court, submits that the first petitioner herein lodged a complaint before respondent No.4 herein on 13.11.2019 stating that he is the owner and possessor of premises bearing No.5-9-262, King Koti Road, Hyderabad; that respondent No.4 and his henchmen encroached his property with illegal arms and manhandled on him and further on 28.10.2019 hit him and threatened him with dire consequences. It is further stated that on receipt of the above complaint, a General Diary entry was made and after enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.280 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 323 and 506 IPC on the file of Abids Police Station, on 13.11.2019, and took up investigation in the matter. 4.

Having regard to the aforestated submissions made on behalf of respondent No.3, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition, inasmuch as respondent No.3 has already registered the aforestated case and took up investigation in the matter.
