This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.1801 of 2013 on the file of the Vigilance & APTS Team-I, A.P. Transco, APCPDCL, Hyderabad.

When this matter has come up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. The above crime pertains to the year 2013. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in this petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
