This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.827 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 307 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
