HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24934 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 - Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District, in providing police aid despite their representations dated 30.10.2017, 28.12.2017 and 13.03.2018 for implementation of the order dated 20.07.2015 passed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, In I.A. No.1331 of 2015 in O.S. No.38 of 1993 as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard Sri Hariharan, learned counsel, representing Sri K.R.K. Gargeya, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and perused the material on record.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home based on the written instructions dated 12.11.2019, a copy of which is placed before this Court, would submit that upon receiving aforestated representations from the petitioners, respondent No.2 extended police aid to the petitioners for implementation of the orders of the Hon'ble Civil Court. Further, it is also stated that for violation of the order of the learned District Judge, respondent No.2 registered two criminal cases against the culprits in Crime Nos.103 and 106 of 2018 for the

offence punishable under Section 188 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, and filed charge sheet before the competent Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf of respondent No.2, inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioners in relation to nonextending police aid has been addressed, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

5. Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the 2nd respondent authority in the event of any further violation of the aforesaid orders of the Honourable District Judge taking place in future, till such time the order in I.A. No.1331 of 2015 in O.S. No.38 of 1993 is either vacated by the same Court or in further appeal. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
