The present writ petition is filed assailing the order, dated 21.09.2019, passed by the third respondent rejecting of petitioner's application for grant of Agency Area Certificate. It is stated that aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner had filed representations dated 26.09.2019 and 16.10.2019 before the second respondent. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already invoked the jurisdiction of the second respondent, this Court refrains itself from entertaining the present writ petition against the order of the third respondent, inasmuch as the same involves question of fact. However, this Court is of the opinion that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representations dated 26.09.2019 and 16.10.2019 and dispose of the same within a time frame.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representations dated 26.09.2019 and 16.10.2019 made by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
