Learned counsel for the appellant stated that the appellant, vide his letter, instructed him to withdraw the appeal and, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Second Appeal. To this effect, he also filed a letter into the Registry along with a letter addressed to him by the appellant.

The letter is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
