HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.382 OF 2004 JUDGMENT (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant-husband aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 11.06.2003 in O.S.No.250 of 1999 passed by the Family Court, Hyderabad. The respondent is the wife of the appellant herein. She has filed the suit O.S.No.250 of 1999 for grant of maintenance at the rate of Rs.2,000/- per month to herself and also an amount of Rs.1,000/- for her child. The Family Court by its judgment and decree dated 11.06.2003 decreed the suit in part directing the appellant herein to pay Rs.1,200/- per month to the respondent and also an amount of Rs.800/- to her daughter.

2. When the appeal is called for hearing, there is no representation. However, in the cause title, it is stated that he is working as a Supervisor in the office of the Director of Town and Country Planning, Government of Andhra Pradesh. As there is no representation when the appeal is called, it appears that the appellant is not interested to pursue the matter.
