Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for R.1 and R.2, Sri B. Mayur Reddy, learned standing counsel for R.3 and Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned standing counsel for R.4.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 5 to 7 in supplying the LPG (HP & BPCL) Cylinders to the customers in the area of operation allotted to the petitioners and also the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action against respondents 5 to 7 preventing them from supplying the LPG (HP & BPCL) Cylinders to the customers in the area allotted to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondents 2 to 4 to surrender the customers list within 15 KMs radious of Hanwada and Koilkonda villages of Mahaboobnagar District to the petitioners.

3. The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 5 to 7 have been supplying the cylinders to the customers without there being any grant of dealership. The petitioners submitted a representation dated 13.12.2014 to the 2nd respondent to examine their grievance and pass appropriate orders. So far, the said representation has not been considered. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would submit representation to respondents 3 and 4 also.

4. Under these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-District Collector, Civil Supplies, Mahabubnagar District, to examine the representation made by the petitioners and take appropriate action thereon. The petitioners are also directed to submit representation to respondents 3 and 4 setting

forth their grievances and on such making of the representation by the petitioners, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to take appropriate action on the aforesaid representation, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. _________________ R.
