HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21342 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.B.Appa Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Alleging inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of the representation dated 22.02.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the respondents have not received any representation, as alleged by petitioner and therefore, the case of the petitioner is not considered.

Without getting into this small controversy, learned counsel consent to disposing of the writ petition by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 22.02.2018 by registered post with acknowledgment due within two weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) On such re-submission, the 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
