THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Writ Appeal No.1514 of 2008 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Order, dated 06.07.2007, in W.P.No.14734 of 1998, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court, is questioned in this writ appeal by the petitioner in the said writ petition.

The dispute pertains to termination of services of the appellant. The learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition with the direction to respondent No.1 to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as full and final settlement of all dues as a measure of compensation for termination of the appellant's

services and in lieu of obligation of reinstating him. During the hearing, both the parties have come to an understanding that respondent No.1 will pay a further sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the appellant. In view of this consensus reached between the parties, the order under appeal is modified by substituting the amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakh fifty thousand only) in place of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only). Since respondent No.1 has already paid Rs.50,000/- to the appellant, he shall pay the balance of Rs.3,00,000/- within six weeks from today. Subject to the modification of the order under appeal to the above extent, the writ appeal stands disposed of.
