This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the Docket Order dated 03.03.2015 passed in E.P.No.86 of 2014 (Old E.P.No.36 of 2005) in O.S.No.75 of 1997 on the file of Learned Senior Civil Judge at Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District. When the matter was called on 30.10.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.12.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
