Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instruction that petitioner has opted for One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme of the Government of Telangana introduced vide G.O.Ms.No.45, dated 09.05.2022. Therefore, petitioner would like to withdraw the tax revision case.

In view of the above, tax revision case is dismissed on withdrawal.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
