No. 1489 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Sri C.V.Mohan Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents - contemnors, submits that the respondents have withdrawn the proceeding dated 19.04.2018 which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the respondents are hereby discharged from contempt proceedings.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
