HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11256 OF 2017 ORDER:
It is the case of the petitioner that he made an application under Form I of the A.P (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 before the Tahsildar, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District for granting of Occupancy Right Certificate in respect of agricultural land bearing No.156 admeasuring Ac.0.09 guntas situated at Nadergul Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, who in turn forwarded the said application to the Inams Tribunal i.e., 2nd respondent for consideration. In pursuant to the same, the 2nd respondent addressed letter No.J/Spl/2014, dated 24.03.2014 for conducting preliminary enquiry to the Tahsildar, Saroornagar. In response to the same, the Deputy Collector-Tahsildar addressed a letter No.B/1842/2014, dated 06.08.2014 along with a preliminary report by inspecting with the Additional Mandal Revenue Inspector about the status of the lands and its possession. Even after submission of the report to the 2nd respondent, no action is being taken on the application of the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well
as affected parties, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
