THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.1492 OF 2018 ORDER:

When this Contempt Case is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation submitted that the orders of this Court, dated 20.04.2017, in W.P.No.3353 of 2006 are duly complied with and that therefore, the contempt petition may be closed recording the said fact.

Though there is delay in compliance of the orders of this Court, as this Court finds that the said delay is not due to willful reasons and the violation does not appear to be contumacious, there is no need to take serious view of the matter.

Recording the submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
