THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.801 of 2015 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to allot an extent of 10.00 Hectares of land in Survey No.268 of Banderaviryal village, Ranga Reddy district, in favour of the petitioner by way of lease for mining purpose in the light of the directions given by this Court in W.P.No.31239 of 2012, dated 05.12.2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and admitted to by the learned counsel for the petitioner that some other land has been allotted to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
