Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the dealer of Fair Price Shop No.29 in Pandikona village of Pathikonda Mandal, Kurnool district. She was granted the dealership under proceedings dated 18-8-2009 issued by the

3rd respondent. A show cause notice was issued to the petitioner in December, 2014 calling upon to explain as to why the authorization should not be cancelled as she was not staying in the village and running the fair price shop from a different village. The petitioner submitted an explanation dated 18-12-2014 enclosing all the documents such as Aadhar Card, Ration Card and Voter's Identity Card to prove that she is the resident of the village where the fair price shop is situate. It is said that on 15-01-2015, the 3rd respondent without properly appreciating the documentary evidence adduced by the petitioner suspended the authorization basing on the report dated 14-8-2014 submitted by the 4th respondent.

It is further submitted that the 4th respondent conducted an enquiry behind the back of the petitioner and order passed suspending the authorization is arbitrary, illegal and without proper enquiry. However, the petitioner filed an appeal against the said order to the 2nd respondent. The apprehension of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is unlikely to dispose of the appeal within near future and also the interim application whereunder the interim order was sought to be set aside.

3. In the above circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal as well as the interim application within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is

disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
