Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent. 2.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.15.12.2014 in W.P. No.31378 of 2014.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to release additional load to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, subject to further directions that may be issued by the State Government of Telangana or the Hon'ble Supreme Court which is considering the judgment dated 12.09.2012 in W.P. No.20407 of 2008 and batch.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
