This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 17.07.2003 through which respondents rejected the request of petitioner for his retention at Hyderabad.

This Court granted interim suspension of the proceedings dated 17.07.2003 in WPMP No.18174 of 2003 dated 30.07.2003. Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 30.07.2003. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
