Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent. 2.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.09.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.17104 of 2019. 3.

In the said order, this Court directed the respondents in the Contempt Case to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2019.

It is stated by the counsel on both sides that the proceedings have been issued by the 2nd respondent on 23.11.2019 admitting the petitioner temporarily to the post of PGT (English) in the A.P.Residential School, Pathikonda, Kurnool District in an existing vacancy subject to final allocation of the staff between the A.P.R.E.I. Society and the T.R.E.I. Society.

Copy of the said proceedings is placed on record. 6.

In this view of the matter, we are of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner in the Contempt Case stood redressed by issuance of the proceedings dated 23.11.2019 by the 2nd respondent. 7.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
