ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.110 of 2016 of Sangareddy Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C., against him.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. From a perusal of the complaint, it cannot be said that there is no material to proceed against the petitioner/accused. Therefore, it is not a fit case where the proceedings against him can be quashed. The truth or otherwise of the allegations made against the petitioners can only be decided during the course of trial.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
