THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24551 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the allegation of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not considering her representation dated 23.09.2019 objecting for assignment of any house number in favour of respondent Nos.4 to 7 with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.3.00 in premises bearing Nos.13-3-43, 13-3-46 and 13-3-58/23 in Survey No.143 situated at Gangabishan Basti, Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. Hence, she filed the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On instructions, learned Standing Counsel for Kothagudem Municipality appearing for respondent No.3 submits that as on date, no permission was granted in favour of respondent Nos.4 to 7 or anyone with respect to the above said land.

Having regard to the nature of relief which the petitioner seeks and there being no caveat system available with respondent No.3 Municipality, the petitioner is required to obtain proper injunctive relief from the civil Court against respondent Nos. 4 to 7 or any other parties, who may approach the respondent authorities for assignment of house number.

In those circumstances, granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
