HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22020 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in calling the petitioner to the police station without registering any crime or any complaint against the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the 4th respondent a case in crime No.117/2018 was registered on 21.06.2018, for the offence under Section 420 IPC & Sec.7 of E.C.Act of Edlapadu P.S., wherein the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1; and that the case is under investigation for the arrest of A1. It is also stated that the respondents never called the petitioner to the police station and harassed him. Recording the aforesaid statement of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
