HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2366 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A3 & A4 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.478 of 2010 of Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyderabad District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 120(B), 406, 420, 506, 509 IPC.

2. No representation for petitioners/A3 and A4. 3.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 11.6.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyderabad District and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 23.8.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.478 of 2010 has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
