ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature o f WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in allotting canteen business at stall No.9 to 4th respondent in the premises of Main Bus Station Complex at Rajahmundry in the selections held on 12.03.2012 by the 3rd respondent and rejecting the petitioner tender, though the petitioner is highest quoted tenderer and entitled for such allotment, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to allot

said canteen in favour of petitioner."

At the hearing, it is represented by Sri J.Subba Rao, learned counsel, representing Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of this submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.11860 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
