HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29111 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's land in Sy.No.167-A & B to an extent of Ac.4-00 situated at Arakatavemula Village, Putlur Mandal, Anantapur District at the instance of the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the 2nd respondent is not interfering with petitioner's peaceful possession. There appears to be disputes between petitioner and 3rd respondent. This Court cannot decide that disputes in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
