THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2524 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner challenging the order, dated 14.10.2014, passed in Crl.M.P.No.470 of 2013 in FC OP No.107 of 2013 by the VII Additional District Judge, Ongole F.A.C. Family Court, Ongole.

Heard and perused the material available on record. While ordering notice before admission on 19.12.2014, this Court granted interim stay of the above said order on condition of petitioner depositing Rs.30,000/- per month in favour of the 1st respondent and Rs.10,000/- per month in favour of the 2nd respondent towards their maintenance on or before 5th of every month till disposal of the revision case.

After hearing both sides, this Court is of the view that the revision case can be disposed of with the following directions: The petitioner is directed to continue to pay the amount as ordered by this Court in the interim order, dated 19.12.2014, till disposal of FC OP No.107 of 2013 by the trial Court. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the above OP within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
