HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7989 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allotting the work in Tender Notice No.80/2014-15/E1 dated 08.09.2014, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to allot the work to the petitioner society. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 submits that the tender notice dated 08.09.2014 has been cancelled and that the respondents are going to issue fresh tender notice.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the cause in the writ petitioner no longer survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
