THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE NO. 2476 OF 2015 ORDER:

When the matter is called, an order bearing Proceeding No.18666/R3-3/2013 dated 29.06.2017 passed by the Director of Mines and Geology, Ibrahimpatnam, granting lease in favour of the petitioner for a period of twenty years under Rule 12(5)(a)(i) of Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concessions Rules, 1966 is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

The proceeding No.18666/R3-3/2013 dated 29.06.2017 passed by the Director of Mines and Geology, Ibrahimpatnam, is taken on record. In view of the said compliance of the order passed by this Court, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
