HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12062 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the site bearing Door No.9-130-5/8 to an extent of 2160 sq.feet or 240 sq.yards or 60 ankanams situated at L.S.Nagar, Near Vinayakapuram, Tiruchanur Village and Post, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District from one Anjanamma by paying valid sale consideration based on agreement of sale. While so, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner, without following due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the subject property is a Government land and the respondents will follow due process of law before evicting the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 06.04.2017 Note:
