THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No.28759 of 2021 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer; "to issue appropriate Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondents Nos.2 and 3 herein for not initiating any action to demolish the illegal constructions under the provisions of Municipalities Act, 2019 even after the complaint submitted by the Petitioner dated 27-10-2021 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and colorable exercise and misuse of powers contemplated under Municipalities Act 2019 and also under violation of fundamental rights envisaged under Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from violation of Principals of Natural Justice".

In view of the orders passed in W.P.No.8444 of 2022 dated 10-10-2022 and unless the orders are passed after considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27-01-2021, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise such dispute after the orders passed by the respondents. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
