O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the award dated 24.02.2005 passed by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.201 of 2003. The matter was referred to the Lok Adalat as both parties were desirous of settling the issue, whereupon the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, rendered award dated 12.11.2014 recording that the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) agreed for reinstatement of the second respondent workman in service with continuity of service and attendant benefits but without back wages. The

second respondent workman was held entitled for increments only from the date of the award.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforestated award. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
