HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.24569 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court today in W.P.No.27820 of 2019 and contended that the present writ petition also be disposed of in terms of the above said order.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order passed by this Court today in W.P.No.27820 of 2019, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to complete the re-verification process of Local Scheduled Area Certificates possessed by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks, and if the Local Scheduled Area Certificates of the petitioners are found to be genuine, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioners for appointment to the post of Forest Beat Officer in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Copy of the order passed by this Court today in W.P.No.27820 of 2019 be annexed to this order.
