Since the order, dated 09.10.2015 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad in Case No.SA/440/15 is only after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after taking into consideration the offer to deposit the amount as made by the petitioner before it, we find no reasons to entertain this writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand closed. No order as to costs.
