THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21401 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the official respondents are not interfering with the activities of the petitioner herein and that the allegation, in paragraph No.4 of the writ affidavit, is also incorrect. The said submission is placed on record.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that, if there is any contravention by the petitioner herein, it is open for the respondent authorities to take action as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
