This revision, under Section 22 of Rent Control Act, is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the order dated 14.08.2019 passed in R.C.A.No.51 of 2018 by the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad, wherein the appeal filed by the revision petitioners-tenants to fix the fair rent, was dismissed.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the record.

Having examined the contentions raised by both parties, both the Courts below adjudicated the issue in favour of the landlord. The rent fixed by the Rent Controller is based on the material placed on record. There is nothing to take a different view. The revision petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 4.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
