ORDER

This criminal petition is filed against the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant against the petitioner/accused in S.T.C.No.8 of 2015 on the file of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi vide order dated 25.02.2016.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to quash the impugned order. However, it is open for the petitioner/accused to surrender before the Court below and file appropriate application to recall the warrant. In such an event, the Court below shall dispose of the application of the petitioner on the same day on which it is filed on reasonable terms, in accordance with law.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
