HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.802 OF 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners that they have filed revision before the 1st respondent against the order dated 22.05.2015 passed by the Commissioner of Appeals in proceedings No.P1/1012/2006 confirming the orders of the Joint Collector dated 19.12.2011. The said revision was allowed vide proceedings dated 25.04.2016 setting aside the order dated 22.05.2015 passed by the Commissioner of Appeals and the order dated 19.12.2011 passed by the Joint Collector. As no action is taken for implementing the proceedings dated 25.04.2016 issued by the 1st respondent in the revision the petitioner submitted representation 14.06.2016 before the 4th respondent to implement the orders of the 1st respondent. As no action is being taken on the said representation, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides. Both the counsel state that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation for implementing the order dated 25.04.2016 passed by the 1st respondent in revision petition No.26086/EA&AR/A1/2013.
In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 14.06.2016, in accordance
with law, and take action within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
