This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.04.2018 against respondents 6 to 8. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.88/2018, dated 25.06.2018, was registered under Sections 420, 468, 471, 34 IPC, against respondents 6 to 8.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
