On 18.07.2018, as there was no representation for both sides, the matter was directed to be listed on 01.08.2018. On 27.08.2018 also there was no representation for both sides and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 04.09.2018 under the caption "For Orders". On 04.09.2018, the learned counsel for the appellantclaimant requested time and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders'. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the appellant-claimant. It appears that the appellant-claimant has no interest to pursue the appeal. 2 .
