KRL I.A.No.1 of 2025 (for being mentioned) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Crl.P.No.6992 of 2022 was filed by the petitioners, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.5991 of 2022 that was pending on the file of the Court of learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally, Cyberabad and the same was disposed by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2022.

She further submits that the afore mentioned Calendar Case was re-numbered as C.C.No.9479 of 2022 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rangareddy District at Kukatpally. Hence, she seeks to modify the same.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed to modify the Calendar Case number and the Court concerned as sought for in order dated 04.08.2022 in Crl.P.No.6992 of
