This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 1973 seeking bail to the petitioner who iS arrayed as Accused in the event of his arrest in Crime No,200 of t 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Korutla Police StaUon, Jagtial District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections I 458 and 376 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State, 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet is already filed in the present case and the petitioner is shown as absconding. He further submits that it is not known whether NBWs are pending against this petitioner.

4. In the said circumstances, when the charge sheet is filed, there cannot be any apprehension for this petitioner that he would be arrested. In the event of any NBWs belng issued by the concerned Court, the petitioner can approach the said Court for

Crl.Petition No.7082 o{ 2022 recalling the warrants issued under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C., in the event of pending warrants.

Accordingly, the Crlminal Petition is disposed off.

6. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
