Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, for 4th respondent. 2.

The petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have sent a representation by way of a legal notice dt.15.05.2018 to respondent nos.4 and 5, seeking compensation for the land which the petitioners have been deprived of for construction of building by the respondents; and that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for 4th respondent, states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said representation dt.15.05.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the said representation dt.15.05.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
