Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to file appropriate petition before the Agent to the Government at Kothagudem, Bhadradri District. 2.

In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
