By an order dated 28.09.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.195 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.711 of 2014 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, while disposing of the Crl.M.P. passed the following order:

"In the result, the petitioner is allowed and petitioner/ accused is directed to deposit Rs.5,000/- on or before 21.10.2014 in default this order shall stand revoked. The petitioner/accused is ordered to be relied on the terms and conditions imposed by Special Magistrate Court-III, Kukatpally at Miyapur."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner failed to deposit the amount, she was remanded to judicial custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted for depositing the amount as directed by the appellate Court is extended by one week from today.
