Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing the matter for a while and perusing the stand taken in the counter affidavit requests to Court to permit the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in a suit or proceeding against the alleged encroachment or deprivation of petitioner's right in Survey No.419 of Karapa Village and Mandal, East Godavari District.

It is open to petitioner to apply to 4th respondent to provide details of work undertaken at subject land to work out claim for payment of compensation for deprivation of proprietary right of petitioner in Survey No.419. If such a request is made, the authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the same. Thereafter, the petitioner is given liberty to pursue available remedies. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
