This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.858 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 448 and 323 IPC.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this case.
