ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 28.05.2009 in WPMP.No.13502 of 2009 in Writ Petition No.10515 of 2009.

A perusal of the above-mentioned order shows that the same was passed as far back as 28.05.2009.

Even though the respondent has allegedly not implemented the said order, the petitioners have failed to file the Contempt Case within the limitation period of one year from the date of passing of the order or the alleged violation as required under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Hence, the Contempt Case is barred by limitation and the same is accordingly dismissed as such.
